This division guides students on courses and institutes. The division gathers details related to educational institutes, courses, admission schedules, counseling locations, fees, pre-requisites, etc. into databases and publishes the same through various delivery channels like Internet,email, bulletin boards, and print media.

Since the inception in November 2005, this division compiled resourceful books and Internet links on colleges, courses, entrance examinations, preparation materials, etc. Currently, individual counseling sessions are being conducted at an average of 4 to 5 per week.
